Unlocking a User Account in Acumatica

  1. Log in to Acumatica.
  2. In the search bar located at the top of the screen, enter "Users".
  3. From the search results, select the Users option.
  4. In the Login field, search the username of the account that needs to be unlocked.
  5. Once the user account is displayed, locate the "UNLOCK USER" button at the top of the screen and select it.
  6. After execution, verify that the Status field for the user account has changed to "Active", confirming that the account has been successfully unlocked.
