Unlocking a User Account in Acumatica
- Log in to Acumatica.
- In the search bar located at the top of the screen, enter
"Users".
- From the search results, select the Users option.
- In the Login field, search the username of the account that needs to be unlocked.
- Once the user account is displayed, locate the "UNLOCK USER" button at the top of the screen and select it.
- After execution, verify that the Status field for the user account has changed to "Active", confirming that the account has been successfully unlocked.
